En route to Denver
Next time we hang, I will be a mile above sea level (hopefully not suffering from altitude sickness). I'm doing my research to see what wonderful things this city has in store for me. Any suggestions? I. Can't. Wait.
p.s. I've had this picture hanging on my bulletin board for who knows how long. All I can remember is that I tore it out of an Urban Outfitters catalog circa 2004. Still love it to bits.
Vintage find
I came across the bag on the left earlier in the week and it looked strikingly familiar. The one on the right is a bag I found at Good Will for about 2 smack-a-roos (probably a year ago). I'm obviously not a photographer, but you can catch where I'm going with this. Pretttttty cool.

Colombia!
Despite the bad rep Colombia gets for being the center of violence and illicit drugs, it sure makes up for it in beauty. It's safe, I promise...just keep the jewels and U.S. dollars as far away as possible. Cities, beaches, and lots of small villages make up this pretty little country of 45 mil. Putting this place on my things to do!
Any other places I should look out for? Report back, stat.

Spotted: Library card catalog

It really is such a shame that libraries don't carry card catalogs like they used to. At least some people are finding use for them in their home! I did my homework and found some amazing ones on ebay.
p.s. don't forget to shop at lulus.com for that sweet discount! it's almost up, so get to it. (enter "being red" at checkout)
