I'm already prepping for the food binge that is Thanksgiving Day. My absolute favorites are the plain ol' mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce, but after days of searching the buffet of goodies on the web, I may have to reconsider (prepare to drool):
Roasted Sweet Potato Spears with Bacon Vinaigrette, Epicurious
Gougeres (Cheese Puffs), Nosheteria
Grilled Peaches in Wine , Giada De Laurentis
Potato, Salmon, and Spinach Patties, NY Times

Franco: I used to HATE turkey. My mom would make me ziti for thanksgiving instead! So funny you say that.
Emily: Cheese is god to me. I think I'm actually going to try to make those.
Okay, this is like the third post I've come across today featuring some form of cheesy, ooey gooey, delicious biscuits. I think I need to bake and eat some ASAP. Also, those sweet potatoes look amazing!
Ohhhh... yum! Your post made me hungry :)
A new fav o mine is Twice Baked Mashed Potato Casserole (with panko topping) - it's amazing, and something that we should only eat once a year! (I posted the recipe the other day)
I also tried Giada's Grilled Peaches in Wine & although it looked gorgeous, it really didn't add any flavor. I posted about this too the other day :)
Some other favs are Emeril's Cranberry Compote & my Dad's now famous Fried Turkey.
Enjoy & have a De-licious Thanksgiving!
