I've got my eyes on the Pumpkin Seed Brittle. I usually only toast the seeds and throw a crap-load of salt on them, but this looks like a classier alternative. Weekend project!

well in the past it had been caramel covered apples, but i can't stop scrolling back up to see more of that s'more pie.
